US dog magazines have crowned Britney Spears as the world’s worst dog owner.
The award follows a New Year’s party where a drunk Ms Spears drew attention to her privates, made an annoying high pitched noise, damaged furniture, flopped on the floor in people’s way and was implicated in a suspicious smell.
Canine associations have called for Britney to be desexed, with music lovers willing to settle for a mere debarking.
