Broncos stars Karmichael Hunt, Darius Boyd and Sam Thaiday are in hot water after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a disabled toilet last week.
Police say they should have used the regular toilet.
But the inconsiderate players were apparently in too much of a hurry to wait for a spare cubicle in the men’s room.
And the bad news just kept on coming for the Brisbane side after CCTV footage showed captain Darren Lockyer tackling a bar manager on the street. Lockyer claims he mistook the man for the Melbourne Storm.
The victim hadn’t played football since high school, making this the latest late tackle in NRL history.
Lockyer later praised the man, saying he had plenty of go forward, that it was a tough match, but he was the better team on the day.
