The new Labor MP for Blue Mountains, Phil Koperberg, will join the state cabinet; along with union heavyweight Paul Gibson, who fucked Koperberg’s wife, The Sydney Morning Herald reports.
“How’s the wife?” Mr Gibson asked Mr Koperberg as Premier Morris Iemma announced his new ministry.
At future cabinet meetings, Mr Gibson plans to add “Mrs Koperberg” to the list of apologies.
“She’ll be in late,” Mr Gibson will tell the meetings, “at least, that’s what she said as I left the house. Oooh!”
Praising Mr Koperburg’s record as Rural Fire Service chief, Mr Gibson told The Daily Grind that “looks like Phil missed a hot spot at the Southern Valley State Forest. That’s okay Phil, I’m just dousing it now.”
Asked about how well he’d be able to work with Mr Koperberg, Mr Gibson told The Daily Grind that “Phil’s wife says that it’ll be fine.”
“No, seriously Phil, I’m sorry I fucked your wife,” Mr Gibson said, “I could do much better. Got any daughters?”
